We recently gathered again for The Table — our monthly Community Staff Meeting.

The heart behind The Table remains the same:

To slow down, connect as people, stay aligned as a team, and keep Christ at the center of everything we build.
It’s not just about updates — it’s about strengthening our culture, supporting one another, and building wisely together.

🧡 Around the Table

We began with two reflection questions:

• Where have you seen God at work in your life recently?
• Where have you seen the community at its best recently?

Common themes included:

• God working through patience, timing, and personal growth
• His presence in health challenges and life decisions
• Encouragement and provision in unexpected ways
• A strong culture of welcoming and supporting new players
• Genuine kindness, prayer, and care within the community
• Increasing activity across Discord, voice chat, and in-game

Many shared openly and vulnerably — which continues to show that this is a safe and trusted community.

📖 At the Center

We reflected on Romans 12:4–5:

“We who are many are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.”

This reminds us:

• We each have different roles, but one shared purpose
• Unity and teamwork reflect Christ to others
• What we’re building is more than a server — it’s a place where people can encounter Jesus

We committed the meeting to the Lord in prayer before moving forward.

🌱 Community Growth

• 95 new players joined this month
• Consistent daily and weekly activity
• Strong long-term engagement across the community

Growth continues steadily — and with that comes the responsibility to guide, support, and protect the culture we’ve built together.

🔧 Systems & Development

• Grave System (Now rolled out) We’re working on a new custom graves system to improve the death and recovery experience. https://craftingforchrist.net/forums/discussion/6/survival-new-grave-system-released
• New Content Creator Feature The watch page and content notifications are being refined to better highlight creators.
• Voting System (Planned) A future system that will reward players for supporting the server.
• AI Assistant (Soon to be in Testing) Designed to help answer questions and guide players using our internal knowledge base — not replace community interaction.

• Major progress on backend systems (including database improvements)
• Continued strong sense of community and collaboration

We are currently in need of more Moderators.

Key themes:

• Some systems can be confusing — improvements are being explored
• Better onboarding is needed to help new players get started
• Language differences can make communication harder at times
• Players are eager for more connection, events, and accessibility
• Continued desire for clarity, support, and helpful tools

We are listening — and we’re committed to improving while protecting what makes this community special.
